Thank you for becoming a member of the Qazzoo network of real estate professionals, home buyers and home sellers. We look forward to working with you to ensure your success as a Member. Feel free to contact Customer Service, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm EST to assist you in growing your business.

Customer Service will be reaching out to you via phone within 24 business hours of your initial start date to confirm your login credentials and to make certain that all your contact information we have on record is accurate and up to date. Contact information can be changed at any time while you are online by alerting Customer Service regarding the changes requested. We strive to manage your membership as professionally and effectively as possible. Memberships are renewed each month for the 180-day cycle. After the initial 180 days, the account will renew each 90 days, unless Customer Service is notified otherwise. Coaching is provided free of charge to assist you in maximizing your time online and increasing your success. Coaching hours book fast so we suggest that any time requested be booked in advance and attended at the scheduled date and time.

Rights of Images

  1. The member hereby gives all rights and privileges to Qazzoo for the use of the members image and or logo for the purpose of creating members profile and any third party that is in the best interest of the member. The profile will be presented in the highest resolution reasonable and practical to maintain an esthetically professional image of the member. In cases where the image provided by the member is below acceptable resolution the cooperative may request a higher resolution image before uploading the image.
  2. In cases where Qazzoo provides a click through to the members existing website the member takes full and complete responsibility for all content on their existing website. Member will hold harmless Qazzoo regarding any liability for content deemed unprofessional on the existing website of the member. In cases where questionable content is on the private website of the member, Qazzoo reserves the right to discontinue linking to the existing members’ website.
  3. Terms and Conditions
  4. After the initial 180-day cycle, your membership will continue monthly at the same reduced rate to ensure no disruption in lead flow occurs. If your payment is declined for any reason, your membership remains unpaid and authority to recharge has not been withdrawn, we will recharge your account until payment is received. The Qazzoo is not responsible for any overdraft fees that may occur because of attempted charges. Should you wish to either increase or decrease you lead package, Customer Service can be notified 48 business hours prior to the renewal date either by phone or by email at 800-230-9019 or CS@Qazzoo.com. Cancellations will be processed upon completion of each semiannual term. Cancellations submitted during a billing cycle will be processed prior to the next semiannual renewal. Refunds are not offered for cancellations submitted during a billing cycle.

Responsibilities and Obligations

  1. All home seller and homebuyer inquiries and registrations generated from your targeted areas will be available on Qazzoo.com, through the Qazzoo app, and alerts will be sent electronically, to the email address provided by you, as well as texted. Claimed leads will be sent to your identified CRM when possible, as well as a CRM provided by Qazzoo, found by logging into Qazzoo.com and its app.
  2. Qazzoo will use whatever means deemed practicable to filter and eliminate home seller and home buyer registrations that are determined to be obviously incorrect or salacious. However due to the nature of the internet and the proliferation and variations associated with email addresses, spelling of names and advances in telephony there is no guarantee that all contact information is accurate or that all leads are bona fide. Any leads found to be either a duplicate or containing incorrect contact information are eligible for replacement, through the “flag lead” feature built into Qazzoo.

 

Suspension of Services

  1. Suspension of Service/Refund Policy: No refunds for canceling during a billing cycle are approved; if you wish to suspend service and avoid future billings, please email CS@Qazzoo.com at least two business days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Cancellations will only be processed upon completion of each 180-day term. Your account will be removed as soon as possible upon the day scheduled for suspension. Leads are only available to the member while their account is current and in good standing.
  2. Payment methods can be changed by the member in cases where a new credit card is required due to expiration or for increased security. It is the responsibility of the member to contact Customer Service via email or telephone or respond to Customer Service by email or telephone. If Customer Service does not receive a response the members payment method on file will be processed until payment is current for up to 90 days. Problem billing may result in a suspension of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. In cases where the billing is not successful for a prolonged period, Qazzoo will do its best to contact the member and provide reasonable time for the member to arrange to pay the amount due. Qazzoo reserves the right to contract the services of a collections agency to be made whole if all other internal methods have not been successful. Additionally, in the event of a declined payment, Qazzoo reserves the right to attempt billing at the monthly rate applicable to service(s).
  1. In the event of an early termination of this agreement by the member for any reason including inability to process the member’s credit card during the term and provision of this agreement or any addendum to this agreement, the member agrees to immediately pay any outstanding amounts due for the entirety of the agreed upon term. In event of non-payment, Qazzoo will assess a late fee of 15% monthly interest to the account for the complete outstanding balance until the balance is paid in full. Qazzoo will charge a one-time $500 fee in addition to the outstanding balance in cases where a collection agency is engaged to collect on the outstanding balance to include the interest and late fees.
  2. While every effort will be made to maintain the member at the discounted semiannual rate, should the members account require an adjustment by either party for payment purposes to monthly rather than semiannually, a $50 a monthly surcharge will be applied for the remainder of the agreed upon term.
  3. Exclusivity and Presentation
  4. To better service the homebuyers and sellers, as well as minimize costs to the participating member, Qazzoo does not offer exclusive leads. In cases where the home buyer or seller contacts this office, we will do our best to connect the consumer with the appropriate members in the designated area by asking them to complete a contact form on Qazzoo.com.
  5. This agreement in no way implies or is meant to imply a partnership between the two parties. Each party shall hold the other harmless for any damages and each party agrees to resolve any dispute in a professional manner befitting the professional standards of conduct. We are here to serve the needs of each member of the cooperative whatever they may be, time permitting. Please contact Customer Service as often as possible so that we may address any concerns and answer any questions you may have.

Qazzoo is a private company not affiliated or associated with or endorsed, authorized approved sponsored or licensed by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. As a National online advertising platform, Qazzoo is not subject to local RESPA compliance as the Cooperative does not accept or pay referral fees.

  1. Governing Law This agreement and any claim or dispute of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. All parties agree to work out any disputes in a professional and respectful manner. If the parties are unable to come to an agreement a neutral mediation company will be selected by Qazzoo to assist in solving any issues.
  2. Counterparts

This agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original hereof.
